In this virtual workshop you'll gain tools and strategies to navigate chronic pain with greater compassion, confidence, and practical tips. We’ll discuss the concept of “Body Partnership” to understand how to work with the body as an ally. 

Jason will guide attendees in a group practice of calming techniques and provide insight for practical scenarios in managing pain with body responsiveness. You will leave the workshop with fresh resources to approach your pain and be further empowered to cope and find relief.
